Shipping policy

At D’Kitchen Food Services, we want to make sure your favorite dishes arrive fresh, tasty, and right on time! Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders.

Delivery Areas 

We currently deliver to:
✅ Metro Manila
✅ Nearby cities and select areas in Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, and Bulacan (subject to availability)

Delivery Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Sundays & Holidays: Limited slots available (pre-order required) 

Advance orders are encouraged to secure your preferred time slot, especially for bulk or event orders.

Order Cut-off & Lead Time

  • Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM (limited menu only).
  • Cook-to-order and bulk orders: At least 24 to 48 hours notice.
  • Special events or corporate catering: At least 5 days lead time. 

We prepare everything fresh, so advance notice helps us ensure quality and proper scheduling.

Delivery Methods & Fees

Orders are delivered via trusted third-party couriers (Lalamove, Grab, etc.).

Delivery fees vary based on location and will be confirmed upon order placement.

Customers can also opt for pick-up at our location.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a message with the rider’s contact number or a tracking link (if using a third-party courier).

You can always reach out via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok for real-time updates.

Important Reminders

  • Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you provide are correct.
  • Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the order upon arrival.
  • If no one is available to receive, the rider may wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before leaving. Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
